Cookie Policy
This is a translation of the Dutch Cookiebeleid. In the event of any difference or inconsistency, the Dutch version prevails.

This policy explains which information the website stores on or reads from your device, what we use it for and what choices you have. It applies to moments.business and to the use of Moments through that website.
1. Who is responsible?
Learnable BV, developer and provider of Moments and trading as For The Dream, is responsible for the website. Our company number / VAT number is BE 0733.680.680 and our registered office is at H. Hartlaan 21, 3550 Heusden-Zolder, Belgium.
For questions, you can write to [email protected]. More information about personal data and your rights can be found in the privacy policy.
2. What do we mean by cookies?
Cookies are small data files that a website stores in your browser. This allows the website to remember, for example, your sign-in or cookie preferences. Other browser storage, tracking pixels and similar recognition techniques can also store, read or transmit information. This policy describes those techniques as well.
Some data disappears after a visit or after signing out; other data remains until its expiry date or until you delete it. The lifetime of browser storage is not the same as the retention period of the information that results from a measurement.
3. What do we use these techniques for?
Necessary operation
Necessary storage is used to sign you in securely, check your access and remember your cookie choice. We do not ask for consent for this where the storage is strictly necessary for the service you have requested.
Understanding website usage
With your consent, we measure which pages are visited, where visitors come from and which parts work well. This may involve processing the page, time, referring website, browser, device type, approximate region and a technical visitor identifier. We use this information for visitor statistics and to improve the website.
Part of the visit measurement does not use an analytics cookie and produces aggregated statistics. This optional visit measurement is also only loaded once you allow the Analytics category.
Measuring and tailoring advertisements
With separate marketing consent, visits, ad clicks and actions on the website may be linked to one another. This allows us to measure the results of campaigns and build audiences for advertisements. An advertising partner may link these events to other data in accordance with the applicable settings and its own privacy information.
Consent for Analytics alone does not constitute consent for this advertising tracking. If you refuse marketing, you can continue to use the regular website and service.
4. Overview of storage and measurements
This overview describes the storage and optional measurements that the website supports. An optional measurement is only used if it has been enabled on the website and you have given consent for the purpose concerned. The identifiers are technical names by which you can recognise the storage in your browser.
| Storage or measurement | Purpose and data | Recipient concerned | Lifetime on your device |
|---|---|---|---|
Sign-in and verification cookies, recognisable by sb-…-auth-token and any numbered parts or a -code-verifier | Storing your sign-in and its verification so that you can access your account | Learnable BV and the service providers that handle sign-in on our behalf | When set or renewed, the sign-in cookie has a technical lifetime of up to 400 days. This does not mean that a sign-in remains valid for that long. Signing out ends the sign-in concerned. |
Cookie preference moments_cookie_consent, also in browser storage | Remembering your choice for necessary, analytics and marketing purposes, with date and version | Learnable BV | A maximum of 180 days after your choice; a new choice replaces the previous one. An expired choice is not reapplied. |
| Aggregated visit measurement without an analytics cookie | Combining pages, origin, time and device characteristics into visitor statistics | Learnable BV; Vercel Inc. as recipient for the visit measurement | No analytics cookie. The temporary identifier of this measurement is renewed after a maximum of 24 hours; this is not the retention period of the aggregated statistics. |
Analytics identification, _ga and _ga_…, when enabled | Distinguishing visits and sessions and measuring page usage | Learnable BV; Google Ireland Limited | By default, a maximum of two years after being set or renewed; your browser may impose a shorter period. |
Advertising identification, _gcl_…, when enabled | Linking arrival via an advertisement to a later action for campaign measurement | Learnable BV; Google Ireland Limited | Usually 90 days after being set or renewed, depending on the identifier concerned. |
Advertising identification, _fbp and _fbc, when enabled | Recognising a browser or ad click, measuring actions and supporting advertising audiences | Learnable BV; Meta Platforms Ireland Limited | Usually 90 days after being set or renewed; your browser may impose a shorter period. |
Cookies set on our domain may pass information to an external recipient. The location of a cookie therefore does not in itself determine who receives the data.
The names of the companies concerned are listed here to make clear who may receive data. You can find their own information via the privacy information for visit measurement, Google's privacy information and Meta's privacy information. External recipients may process data outside the European Economic Area. See also the explanation of transfers and your rights in our privacy policy.
5. How do you make your choice?
On a first visit, after your choice has expired or when consent is needed again, we show the choice window. Optional categories are switched off by default. You can:
- choose Reject to refuse optional measurement and marketing;
- use Settings to set analytics and marketing purposes separately and Save your choice;
- choose Accept all to allow both optional categories.
Continuing to browse, remaining silent or accepting terms and conditions does not count as cookie consent. A refusal does not affect your access to the regular service. If you yourself block necessary sign-in cookies, however, signing in may be disrupted.
6. Changing or withdrawing consent
Via Cookie settings at the bottom of the website, you can reopen your choice and adjust it per category, or withdraw all optional consent via Reject.
Upon withdrawal, the website stops the optional measurements concerned for further visits and actions. The page may reload for this purpose. Tracking cookies on our own domain are deleted where possible. We cannot ourselves delete cookies on domains of other parties; you can clear them via your browser settings. That extra step is not needed for your withdrawal to take effect with us.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of measurements made before your withdrawal. For rights relating to data that has already been transmitted, you can contact us; see the privacy policy.
You can also delete or block browser storage yourself. If you clear your stored cookie choice, we will ask for it again on your next visit. A choice applies to the browser and device concerned.
7. Email tracking is a separate processing operation
A newsletter may contain delivery information and, if enabled for that newsletter, open or click tracking. The sender informs you about this and ensures the required consent. Your choice in the website banner does not in itself constitute consent to tracking in emails. You unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link of the sender concerned.
8. Changes and contact
We update this policy if the storage, purposes or measurements change. In the event of a change for which your previous consent is not sufficient, we will ask you to make a choice again. The date at the top shows the most recent update.
