Moments processes account data, company data and time records: start and end times, the chosen work location and any corrections.
Who can see which hours?
Team members see their own records. Company admins follow up on the hours within their company. Access to company data is also restricted at database level. A small group of platform admins can manage companies and account statuses; they have separate admin rights for that.
What happens when a time is corrected?
A company admin gives a reason for every correction. Moments records the original times, the new times, who made the change and why. That keeps corrections traceable. It is not a guarantee of an unalterable archive.
How is the data processed?
Moments uses Supabase for authentication and the database, and Vercel for hosting. Emails are sent for invitations and account confirmations. Want details on processors, hosting regions, logging, backups or retention periods? Ask us before you start, so you can assess the processing for your company.
